Frequently asked questions


When you're ready to order, email us at Please include the artwork, placement of the print as well as size count, color, and style of the garment you want us to print on. We will follow up with you as soon as possible. If you want to discuss your order on the phone, email us to set it up.


We ask for 50% upfront and the remainder upon completion of your order. In certain instances, we may require 100% upfront. We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp.

File prep

When you send us your artwork, make sure it is "print-ready." 300 DPI or vector files are preferred and we can use PSD, PDF, AI, TIF, EPS, and JPG formats. Your dimensions should reflect how big you would like the print to be.

"Print-ready" means that your art file has a high resolution (at least 300 DPI at size) and that its colors are separated into individual layers. We include 30 minutes of art services for every order, so we will make sure that everything is in order. If more time is necessary, we charge $30/hour for graphic design services. If you need graphic design help to come up with the artwork in the first place, we are happy to help and also charge $30/hour for that.


We can print design up to 15" wide and 17.5" long. No all-over print sadly ;) We can print up to 6 different colors in the same design.

We charge $15 for the first screen, $10 for each after that. We will let you know how many screens we will need for your design. In a single location on the garment, one screen corresponds to one color. This fee is waived for orders of 100 or more pieces.


If you want a specific Pantone color in your design, we can mix the exact color for $20 each. All other colors are included in our prices.


We can provide you with many kinds of brands, styles, or colors of garments. We mainly print on brands such as Gildan, Bella + Canvas, Jerzees, Tultex, American Apparel. We can also source organic and American-made apparel.

We do not just print on apparel, but also posters, tote bags, patches, towels etc. Contact us with your ideas!

You can bring your own shirts to us to print on. We do have a $.25 charge for each supplied piece of garment. Please contact us before ordering pieces to print on! We usually get better prices and can also recommend the kind of fabric that is best for printing.


Our standard turnaround-time is 10 business days beginning the day the deposit is paid. Under special circumstances, an order can take longer. Let us know when you order if you need it by a certain date.

We do offer rush services for a premium:
- 100% premium for 1-2 day turnaround
- 50% premium for 3-4 day turnaround
- 25% premium for 5-6 day turn around

Please note that screenprinting is inherently imperfect and all order can have up to 5% under run. This means that up to 5% of your order will be missing. This happens when garments get damaged during printing or even arrive with holes or bad stitching. We therefore always recommend ordering a few extras. You will be refunded or credited the difference if there is a shortage with your order.

Shipping & Pick-up

We can ship your order or you can pick it up at our work space for free. For an extra charge, we can deliver to you.
